TOTAL MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (Year Round Service)
The Total Maintenance Program is for the customer that wants everything taken care of when it's supposed to be. This is a 12 month bill averaging program, we charge the same amount all year round. We come by weekly during the growing season and twice per month in the winter.
12 month commitment required.
JANUARY
Two visits, general cleanups.

Two visits, general cleanups.

Weekly Service, trim hedges.
APRIL
Weekly service and fertilizer applied.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
THIS IS A 12 Month BILL AVERAGING PROGRAM. Shrubs over 6 foot are not included in the hedge trimming. This program is designed to keep your property looking it's best, it will not happen in one visit. Although we do fertilize, we can not predict or include treatment of lawn diseases, tree diseases, plant diseases or insects. You have to contact a licensed applicator for insecticide or pesticide applications.
PAY PER MOW (Weekly Service During Growing Season)
The Pay Per Mow Program is a 33 visit per year program which includes mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing off the concrete and driveways. At your request we can include trimming the shrubs, weeding the beds and/or fertilizing your lawn.
(NO CONTRACT REQUIRED, 4 visit minimum).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Extra services like trimming hedges, weeding beds, leaf clean-ups, etc. are available a la carte at $75 per man per hour (The charges are prorated if it takes less than an hour). If excessive cleanup requires delivery to the dump, a $100 charge applies.
The 2-5-1 PROGRAM (Mix of Weekly and Bi Weekly Service During Growing Season)
The 2-5-1 program is a mix of both bi-weekly and weekly visits which includes mowing, edging, weed eating, and blowing off the concrete and driveways. We start and end the growing season with bi-weekly mowing service. At your request we can include trimming the shrubs, weeding the beds and/or fertilizing your lawn.
(NO CONTRACT REQUIRED, 4 visit minimum).
